    Great app for reporting back via email to advise if SLAs have been breached. Easy to configure and once setup have not had to touch it again. Highly recommend

    Been using SLA Time and Report app for about one year now. Very easy to use and like the ability to copy and use for monthly reporting and even ad-hoc when requested by upper Mgmt. team. Continuing to learn and expand the use of this app to help with reporting and meeting KPIs as expected.
