We’ve added a new Limit Exceeded action that triggers when an SLA goal is breached.
You can now automate your workflow by:

  • posting an automatic comment in the issue,
  • changing the issue priority,
  • reassigning the issue to another user,
  • sending a notification to Slack.

This update helps teams react instantly when an SLA is exceeded and ensures faster, more efficient incident handling.
