Retrospectives are essential for team progress, but teams are often located in different places and unable to come together for them. Team Radar for Confluence enables team members to provide their retrospective assessments and participate in retrospectives remotely. One of the best tools for retrospectives, it lets you know what stage a team or project is at, and where it should be.
Individual team members’ assessments can be quickly and easily presented for the entire distributed team. You’re time-independent during the retrospective and can customize features such as axis labeling. You can also evaluate single Team Radar assessments votes or setup multiple Team Radar assessments votes for a better understanding of how things work out.
