Installation

  1. Exalate must be installed on both connecting platforms. To install Exalate on Jira, go to the Atlassian marketplace and follow the installation process. Follow these steps to install Exalate on Zendesk: 1. Go to the Zendesk marketplace and search for “Exalate”.
  2. Click “Install”.
  3. Select an account to install Exalate on. Then click “Install”.
  4. Enter installation details and enable role restrictions before commencing. Click “Install when done”.
  5. Go to the side panel and select “Exalate”.
  6. Click “Allow” to give Exalate read-write access.
  7. You will be redirected to a Registration page.
  8. Fill out all required fields and click “Agree and submit”.
  9. An email confirmation is sent to the email you specified for your account.
  10. Go to your inbox and click “Verify Exalate instance”.
  11. After successful validation, click “Continue”.
  12. Voila! Exalate has been installed.
