Jira Cloud for Outlook (Official)

This is a great add-on for Outlook. There's room for enhancements, but it's terrific in its current form. There are some UI quirks that below to Microsoft, due to how "add-ons" are visible in the Outlook UI in the OWA/PWA version, but Outlook Desktop is solid.

Great option for appending email communications to tickets/issues. Works better than commenting via email handlers. I like that it preserves rich text formatting, gives the option to attach email and/or comment, edit what attachments are added (removing pesky signature wordmarks), and select internal/external comments for JSM specific tickets. The plugin does a pretty good job of identifying likely issues/tickets so there's not too much searching or memorizing issue keys.

Not updated since 2019. Not working on new deployments (missing "context menu" for configuration).

A very functional add-on for Outlook has helped us organize tasks easily from emails. With the new support for shared mailboxes, our team’s collaboration is better.
