Swiftly is an awesome Lean and Flow analytics app from Digite. It helped us benchmark our JIRA workflows and helped us establish an initial baseline when we started our Lean/ Kanban implementation. With their JIRA plugin, it becomes so much easier and faster to extract data from our JIRA workspace. The plugin is easy to install and use. Digite's support for any questions you might have is excellent. Highly recommend using Swiftly with JIRA whether you are just getting started or are already implementing Lean/ Kanban.
