Misleading description and representation. You need a subscription with the vendor which holds your Assets.

Not compatible with ITSM. Can't get this thing to work with the cloud ITSM.

That is very unlike our support, we pride in our customer support quality and responsiveness. Our records show that you reached out via email and we responded within 30 minutes by scheduling a screen share to identify your issue. However you cancelled the screen share, perhaps you were confused as to the purpose of the screen share? Our followups were not responded to either.
We also have a toll free number (888 623 8654) that our customers can reach out to for speaking to our product specialists.
