iFinder Search for Confluence

We tested iFinder Confluence Search in a Proof of Concept and figured out it leads to better search results. We are looking forward to the Roll-Out to all our colleagues. We also liked the support of Intrafind during the PoC.

We significantly improved the performance of our Confluence by integrating the iFinder-App. The search results are far more precise and well displayed than those generated by the standard Confluence search. The app strengthens the usability of our tool. The service and support team of intraFind did a very good job, we are very content.

We have improved our serach in Confluence with this app. The app is providing useful features and better search results than the standard app. Support and service of the vendor is top.

We had the Problem that some Aricles were not found by the Confluence search engine. This Addon resolved this issue.

One of the most useful features for our team is the integration of multiple data sources with different types of structure (e.g. CMS content, e-mails). With the improved search we could raise our quality through the pre- and post-sales process with faster availability of our knowledge and additional informations. Even some company specific features like a thesaurus or semantic knowledge requirements have been implemented together with Intrafind within an agile project approach and several iterations with stakeholders. Overall our colleagues can focus on the work of new solutions & projects and just have a quick & easy access to all relevant informations by just one search now.
