Entra ID (Azure AD) Attributes Sync for Jira

It was really easy to set up and configure. It really does what it says, very helpfull to retreive customer AD attributes when raising a ticket.

Please be aware that the current extension does not support uncase-sensitive AD user principal name matching of employee managers. Furthermore, the post function in workflow is not currently able to select AD custom attributes. In order to resolve this, we will need to switch on another add-on...

  As for the lack of support for AD custom attributes within post-functions, we encourage you to open a ticket on this matter through our portal. We will pass this idea on as a new feature for review by our Product Owner.
