- Jira Service Management
Create, edit and comment on all Jira or JSM issues in Slack or Microsoft Teams with our full 2-way sync
Turn Slack messages into issues or tickets
For Slack use an emoji, slash command, or app home to create a ticket. In Microsoft Teams you can create a ticket from your message extension or directly from the Halp bot.
Customizable forms to categorize requests
Build forms for every type of Jira request, and launch them directly in Slack or Microsoft Teams to create requests across all your Jira projects.
Answer and edit tickets from Slack or MS Teams
Manage and resolve all of your incoming tickets without ever leaving Slack or Microsoft Teams. Edit assignee, status, custom fields, and more. Even map to your custom Jira workflows to everything in sync.
With Halp, it’s easy to capture, assign, track, manage, and report on requests in Slack or Microsoft Teams.
Making a Jira ticket is as easy as reacting to a message with an emoji in Slack or navigating to the ellipses button in the messaging composer in Microsoft Teams. From there the requester can select the appropriate team, fill out a custom form, and submit their request without ever having to leave Slack or Microsoft Teams.
Tickets are then received by the support team where they’re assigned to an available agent who can reply directly on the card. The entire conversation from your chat system is synced to your Jira instance. Issues can be opened in channels and direct messages, and then triaged from a private channel by your team.
Halp works with both Jira Service Management, Jira Software, on Jira Cloud, DataCenter, and Server.
