This add on is very capable and provides a lot of value to our dev team to be able to share visibility to stakeholders. We setup a trial, had some questions and was soon in touch with their support team to work through them with us. Very helpful team, their roadmap of new features is looking very good as well.

This plug-in is very easy to use and it fits our use cases perfectly. When we encountered some issues setting up SSO with our customer, the Warsaw Dynamics team was incredibly responsive and supportive. I would recommend this plug-in to anyone who wants to share selected information from their Jira systems with customers.

Useful app when you have been trained to configure. It's ok to share work with external partners without license consuming, but the actions they can do are limited, and you are supposed to be imaginative to share certain information like CMDB elements, or other fields. It's very helpful the option to share a filter, which is the way we have tried to share all issues with his provider team. It would be great to expand possibilities, but it works fine to us. The contact support very fast and helpful too. We have tried with Jira Service Management, and now subscribing for Jira
