    Helpful tool when you're trying to look back into a users history with tickets and to find specific tickets that you're looking for without much effort. Highly reccomend.

    Good add-on for enhancing Jira’s issue history tracking. Makes it easier to review changes and generate reports. Reliable overall, though a few more customization options would be helpful.

    I’ve been using Issue History for Jira (Work Item History) and it’s made a noticeable difference in how we track changes across issues. One of the biggest advantages is how easily it surfaces CDC (change data capture) and field-level audit history without the usual complexity. Instead of digging through Jira’s native history or building complex queries, you can quickly pinpoint exactly what changed, when, and by whom. The interface is straightforward, and the data is presented in a way that’s actually usable for analysis, troubleshooting, and audits. It’s especially helpful when you need to validate changes or investigate unexpected updates.
