Viable Issues – Create better issues for Jira in Confluence

I recently installed Viable Issues and have been testing it with our Jira environment. The app provides a useful way to bring more structure to how ideas, feedback, and potential improvements are captured and managed alongside Jira work. The setup was straightforward, and the overall experience so far has been positive. I particularly like the way it helps organize incoming ideas and makes them easier to review and track. I’m still evaluating the app in more depth, especially around larger-scale usage, reporting, and how well it fits into our existing Jira processes. So far, it looks like a useful addition for teams looking to manage and prioritize ideas more effectively. Overall, a good initial experience, with further testing planned.

It does what it says. Compared to doing this without this app, this solution is superb and much more user friendly. Thanks!
