Misleading description. You need a service account with the provider which provides the Assets. Uninstalled

The SaaS platform appears to work fine, but the Jira integration is broken and does function as advertised. It seems to be an update or sync problem, maybe, but the net result is clicking on "link asset" in the integration does not provided a list of assets to link to the issue. Similarly, after manually searching for and linking an asset to the issue, when returning to the issue it displays 1 asset linked, but when clicking for more details it shows "no assets linked" mesage. After deleting and reinstalling and multiple calls to support I find out this is a "known issue".
