Solid App. I recommend it. Still the RM and Tm in one app. I donnow. Other App vendors like EaseSolutions (R4J) are stronger in terms of RM features and are partnering up with mainstream apps like Xray for the testing part. They are gaining momentum and shipping interesting features ove rhte last months. That way you are better off both on RM and on TM. You can also power these apps with AI. Still for a all in one app solution RTC is a good choice.

We use the API tool for importing Jenkins automated test results into RTM. The tool is adequate for our needs and allows us to report on our automation coverage. The support team is very helpful and receive feedback gladly. The turnaround to implement suggested enhancements was short, so customer value is high here.
