      Hi Juanma,

      Thanks for your feedback :)

This can happen if you haven't switched from one mode you are currently using (cumulative or distributive) to another and back again in the Calculations setting.

Here is the path: go to Project Preferences -> Applications -> Epic Timesheets -> сhange your current mode to another and back in the Calculations setting.

For example, if your current mode is set to cumulative, change it to distributive and then change it back after the changes have been applied. This will populate any custom fields you create with your data.

The problem came out after the last release we delivered with custom fields support, and we are sorry for this inconvenience.

If you have any questions, ideas or need more details, please raise a request on our customer portal.

      Hello, Adam Rivera.

      Thank you for your feedback!

Recently we have released a new version of the plugin that creates Jira custom fields upon updating, which might be a reason for the issue you faced. We sent a mail to our customers explaining it in detail, but in short, to fix it, you need to

go to Project settings -> Apps -> Epic Timesheets
switch your current mode to another and back in Calculations setting.

For example, if cumulative mode is set up as your current one, switch it to distributive, and after changes are applied, switch it back. This will populate created custom fields with your data.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

If you have any questions, ideas, or need to get more details, please contact us at support@teamlead.one.

      Best wishes,
      Teamlead.
