Has an option to organize the attachments into separate folders for each issue. Just fantastic!

Product works just as described and the ability to export attachments by issue folder is immensely helpful! We ran into an issue and reached out the dev team and they rapidly responded and were in contact us with us to quickly address the issue. Excellent tool and service. Would highly recommend!
