    ZigiOps gives you the possibility to automate the transformation of incidents and other requests to bugs and issues in real time. It guarantees a seamless end-to-end data flow within your organization and simplifies defect tracking and resolution.

    Use case:

    The ITSM team receives a new incident in ServiceNow, which appears to be caused by a software bug. They don’t need to manually log a new bug in Jira, though: ZigiOps creates it automatically.

    Communication between the ITSM team and the developer assigned to work on it is easy, and no additional tools are required: it all takes place in the comments. Log files, traces, or other attachments can be synchronized, too.

    Once the bug is fixed, the status of the ServiceNow incident updates automatically, notifying the end customer that their issue is resolved.
