Easy integration, fair pricing. we synch all fields, including attachments... no other plugin can do this to be honest. Also Zigiwave has great customer services. always available.

The tool removed a lot of manual handoffs. Monitoring and logs make it easy to see what’s happening. Documentation could be more scenario-driven for edge cases.

Filtering and conditional mappings allowed us to route incidents to the right Jira projects relatively easy. Performance has been stable at scale. The UI has many options, which can feel a bit overwhelming at first.

We use this to keep Jira work aligned with ServiceNow incidents, and the bi-directional sync has been rock solid. Custom fields and status mappings worked as expected. Took a bit of trial and error to fine-tune the filters.

Amazing product! We have been using it for over an year and it is working like a champ!
