Can we categorize different vendor requirements in different folders and then store test cases under their respective folders? Also can we grant access to different folders having vendor requirement and test cases to that particular vendor so that other vendors can't see each other's data?

Hi Shikha,

Interesting use case. One approach is to create a customer field to identify "Vendor". This field can then be selected to define different subfolders for different vendors.

As of now, we have not implemented access control for the folders yet.

This app has so much potential. So far, it's the best app I've found that let's you see all your stories, bugs, etc. in different hierarchical ways. This would be 4 stars with the following: 1. Show epic names in the left sidebar hierarchy. There's only an option for epic link, which is not a meaningful title. 2. Allow issues to be bulk edited. I can select multiple issues but cannot modify them in bulk. 3. Allow dragging and dropping of an issue into an item in the left sidebar. (ex: move an issue to a different fix version)

Hi Claudio:

Thank you very much for the encouraging feedback and great suggestions. I can't agree with you more that this app has much potential. Actually we started to use it for our own projects even before we published it.

For for the features you suggested:

  • Epic name: You are right that showing epic name is more useful. We will make the enhancement.
  • Bulk editing: We are working on this feature and will make it available soon.
  • Drag-into-folder: Excellent idea. We will investigate the best way to get it done.

Best Regards,

Useful app. I like the capability to view the issues from different perspectives and manage them on the same page. Also, the performance is good even when there are large number of issues in the organizer.

Pricing FAQ

How does cloud app pricing work?

Cloud apps are sold as a monthly or annual subscription. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

When your subscription renews each month, you are automatically billed for apps based on the number of users in your instance.

If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

How do I determine my cloud pricing?

Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. Jira Cloud apps are priced based on the maximum users of the Jira products on your instance. For example, if you have Jira Software (50 users) and Jira Service Management (10 agents) on the same instance, you pay the 50-user price for apps.

The pricing structure for cloud apps is as follows:

  • Monthly subscriptions with up to 10 Atlassian product users are billed at a flat rate price.
  • Monthly subscriptions with more than 10 users are billed per user, starting at the first user.
  • Monthly subscriptions with more than 100 users are billed per user. The table above provides example pricing at various user levels.

Annual subscriptions may offer a discount depending on the number of users purchased.

Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses for cloud apps?

Yes. Academic, community, and open source licenses are available to qualifying organizations. See our Purchasing & Licensing FAQ for more information.

Can I extend my free trial?

For cloud apps, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud apps are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the app.
