Retrospective by Scrum Toolkit

Create a new retrospective session and give your session a name (e.g. "Sprint 23"). The other team members can join the retrospective sessions by clicking on "join". Team members can join without creating an account.

Once everybody is connected than everybody can start adding feedback. At this stage all the items are private.

Next step is to group items into buckets. During the grouping of items are all items visible from all team members. The team discusses the items and when applicable can be items be grouped together in buckets.

The team cannot work on all feedback at the same time, so each team member for the top 3 items which needs to be improved in the next sprint.

The last step is to review the results and define actions to action upon during the next sprint.
