    In cloud version you can link Slack messages to issues and view them within JIRA. It is really useful to keep things in one place. Would be great to see in JIRA Server.

    Updates us as soon as we get service desk tickets. Super helpful. Would be 5 stars if it would allow us to create issues/requests within Jira.

    Versions beginning of 2.0.2 broke Notifications to "Closed" status for us. With version 2.0.1 everything is running fine. App runs with JIRA 8.8.1 (marked as incompatible, but working)...

    The app is a very nice idea. There is a huge difference between JIRA Server for Slack and JIRA Cloud for Slack since a lot of features are not available. For example if you are using Jira Cloud you can just right click on a message on slack (or use the dots) and hit create issue in JIRA. This is not available on Jira Server. I found a bug after testing it, long JQLs weren't saved. It was solved pretty quickly. So this is worth a try if you are using Slack and JIRA!

    It would be nice to add additional commands in Slack to update Status, Priority, Due Dates, and Comments in JIRA. So far, this plug-in acts more like a JIRA notification tool in Slack.
