This is already a mandatory tool for our Jira users, super easy to setup and use. The price is right and we had no issues with it since day one. It also has some comprehensive features like whitelisting and multi-key support that we really use daily. Recommended for all Jira installations! Thanks alot for this nice addon.

The developers at Alpha Serve have done a great job assisting us trialing and then implementing this plugin in Jira Data Center. We were impressed with how quickly they responding to us and that they took our suggestions for new functions and other refinements on board. Changes were implemented quickly too. The plugin itself suits our needs and is easy to configure. Users don't seem to have any trouble onboarding themselves either.
