External Data for Jira Fields (Connect REST APIs, SQL, JSON)

The support is simply ridiculously good. I found a way to use the API in a way that was outside the initial scope, and within just a couple days the External Data for Jira team heard my reasoning and what I was trying to do and made a change to accomodate my use case. Service like that is just impressive. To go along with awesome service, the product itself gives us back functionality that we had in Data Center that our customers grew to expect. External Data is helping get us back in people's good graces. Highly recommend!

Quite possibly my favorite marketplace vendor. ALWAYS responsive in any ticket I ever have raised. Thus far there has not been an issue wherein useful guidance and/or a feature enhancement was pushed to solve my issue has not occurred. External Data for Jira and External Data for Confluence have both been game changers for our teams' processes.

This app has been extremely useful for connecting to external applications. In addition to the great functionality, the support team is very responsive and has been able to quickly deliver both bug fixes and minor feature requests.
