This update aims to make support easier and more comprehensive by ensuring all relevant fields in a customer request are translated. Agents will finally be able to understand every piece of information written by customers!

Supported Custom Fields:

  • Paragraph custom fields (rich format)
  • Short text fields (plain text)

The additional custom fields are displayed in an issue context, together with the customer language
