UPDATED review: everything seems to be working fine now. Updating review to 4 stars. OLD review: "how this app works" link leads to nowhere (not working). "Contact support" opens a link in bitbucket with "no access to repository or repository was removed". Application got installed but emails sent to the generated email address are not showing up in the jira issue. Giving 1 start until these issues are fixed.

  Unfortunately, our cloud instance where we stored materials related to the application was removed. As a result, you experienced issues when trying to create a support ticket. We have managed to fix the bug that caused emails sent to the address linked with the page not to appear.
