    It's very sad, but as long as Heiko (the lead developer) supported this add-on, things were going fine. At the moment, the owner of this software does not even want answers to the questions asked on the support platform: /

    This plugin supplies the ability to log in anonymous better than any I've seen on the market. There are a lot of customizations and helpful features that make this a mainstay for us! The support staff is also very prompt and responsive!

    I am still in the process of evaluating Jira SD (Server) for use in our organization. One of the major problems I came across was the lack of support for non-logged in users to submit new issues. This app provided this functionality which has allowed me to move forward in my evaluation process. After coming across a few issues with the app, I reached out to LoginFree for support. A response was provided in 24 hours that helped resolve my issue. Additionally, they took some of my feedback and integrated some of the suggestions into a new version. Very satisfied with the app and the support.

    I want my visitors to never sign-in to Jira since this is already a source of possible errors and exits. I use Jira SD solely to administer all my tickets and requests and my users are never on the Jira platform except when they are raising a ticket. For me and the visitors of my plattform, LoginFree for JSD is a brilliant (and probably the only) solution. Furthermore, the support is incredibly fast and very polite. They actually listen and take up your feedback for their further development work - that's how it should be!
