    • Jira data are presented in the ticket details section of a Freshdesk ticket.
    • Customize the Jira fields you want to show in Freshdesk.
    • Create Jira issues from your Freshdesk account.
    • One or more Freshdesk tickets can be linked to a Jira issue.
    • Alert Jira users about ticket updates by adding a note in Freshdesk.
    • Set up the Jira plus app in Freshdesk to enable the sync

    Within Jira:

    • Freshdesk tickets can be found in the Freshdesk for Jira tab in Jira.
    • Expand any ticket to view all conversations between the customer and the support team as well as all relevant ticket information.
    • Freshdesk tickets that are linked to a Jira ticket can also be viewed in the sidebar next to the corresponding Jira issue.
    • Customize the Freshdesk ticket information you see in Jira.

    Freshdesk widget inside JIRA for real-time sync

    Installation

    1. Log into your Jira instance as an admin.
    2. Click the admin dropdown and choose Add-ons. The Find new apps or Find new add-ons screen loads.
    3. Locate Freshdesk for Jira.
    4. Click Install to download and install your app.
    5. You're all set! Click Close in the Installed and ready to go dialog.
