It works well, but my goodness the price jumped dramatically this year. $12,400 for 500 users. That's ridiculous. We purchased this last year at $3,000 for 500 users. We won't be renewing with that kind of a price jump. I think we could probably replicate the functionality with ScriptRunner.

The support is terrible... A lot of time for a response and I'm still waiting for proper mitigation, the add-on field doesn't present issues according to the search syntax, we are considering removing this add-on due to a lack of support

Plugin doesn't work on Data Center 9.2 as advertised. We get "Oops, you've found a dead link." when we choose any of the pages (i.e. Issue Linking Scheme). We have trial license.

we're happy to say this issue has been resolved a long time ago.
Please continue to use vLinks as on any other Jira version.

It would be very helpful to have a better and more detailed Release Notes page. The problem comes when we have to figure out what happens from version to version, e.g from 1.3.2 -> 1.3.4 you've made a bugfix but we have no info for what is related. It save us a lot of time to debug problems which may occur in big instances with quite many vLinks Fields.
