New Exalate Connector for Jira Sync (Two-Way Integration)

We've been using Exalate for over four years now, and it's been an amazing experience! The app has been rock-solid all this time and no issues at all on Exalate's side. What really stands out is their support team togheter with their custom "chat gpt" that really knows what it's talking about (aida); they're super helpful and always willing to go the extra mile, even jumping on calls to sort things out when needed. If you're looking for a reliable solution for Jira synchronization, I can't recommend Exalate enough!

Overall the solution is good and does what it says. Support has been very good and quick to respond and more importantly, resolve issues. Lots on online community forums for more technical issues. I would recommend.

The Exalate Plugin helps us to keep work items between Jira and Azure DevOps synced. The automated synchronization is less error prone in a heterogenous environment with different development teams to a manual transfer of the work items. The Support team is always helpful and responds quite quickly to any requests.

The Exalate Supporters are very helpful and have a very good knowledge of their product so when issues occurs or when having questions they are able to answer and help in a very short time.
