    Automated Salesforce Service Cloud to Jira Service Desk Import

    Connect Salesforce and Jira Service Desk

    Select Objects and map necessary fields

    Start Free Demo Migration and then Full Migration

    Choose Salesforce Service Cloud from the drop-down menu and provide access credentials

    Select Jira Service Desk as your future platform and provide your access credentials

    Select objects you want to transfer and change fields mapping if you need to.

    Once the Demo is Completed, download the JSON file and import it to Jira Service Desk to check the result of the Demo Migration. If everything looks great, start the Full Data Migration.
