Help Scout to Jira Service Management Import

We carried out a migration of around 30k Helpscout conversations to Jira Service Management - it went very smoothly. The migration setup is really easy to configure and the support is fast if you need it. The progress updates from the WebUI are clear and reassuring and the report when the migration is finished is downloadable as CSV files. Would highly recommend. I did have some problems with their payment provider incorrectly validating our [valid] VAT number which was a bit frustrating as it was late at night and the only thing we did not test before hand.

We successfully transitioned from Help Scout to Jira Service Management using the Help Desk Migration app. They provide great support step-by-step migration wizard options with help over all communication channels. Mapping of objects is easy and we can validate the migrated data using multiple Test Demo migrations. Overall Recommended. Thanks for all the support and help.

This was so much easier than I ever imagined. The first try didn't work but it wasn't the app's fault. They walked me through step by step and even got on a video call to troubleshoot. Could not recommend this service any higher.
