    Incredibly useful add on for retrieving "hidden" data in Jira. I'm using the add on to obtain the data I need for tracking Throughput, Cycle Time & WiP. I did have an issue, which required a code change & was turned around in ~2.5 days. Vitalii was excellent & even took the time to setup a video call with me to help me understand the configuration & charts. The one downside is the performance of the add on for the tasks I'm trying to accomplish - it takes a while to generate the reports / charts, so am I mostly exporting the data for use in Googlesheets & Excel where I can more quickly get the outputs I need. Great work team!

    Great Jira add-on for tracking time and labour. Highly useful tool for tracking time of hourly engineers and adding financial granularity to new features and bugfixes.

    This plug-in works very well. I've also found the technical support from SaaSJet to be excellent: they were very quick to respond and eager to help. I encountered a minor issue with browser incompatibility, which they were able to reproduce and confirm within a couple of hours and a fix was provided very shortly later.

    It works. Has time in status reporting on the issue so thats a great. No way to add a visual to a card in kanban view so thats a negative. The reports I feel need a bit of work, sadly they return every possible status an issue could go through and you cant customise a report to only show specific statuses and then save it. The problem happens on the dashboard reports, you may not want to see time in backlog, but you have to. Once the report is generated you can click to enable and disable statuses in the view but you have to do that every time you load the dashboard. So the tool its self work and gives me the information i was looking for, but the presentation and reporting needs a lot of work in my opinion. Im going with 2 stars because of the lack of ability to customise reporting and the outdated and messy looking graphs

    Time in Status is a great addon for JIRA - next level .. I have been using this plug if for my Value Stream Map view of my e2e delivery process. Very powerful data if you do use the jira board correctly. I have been playing with the tool NextGen and TimeInStatus that I do find that it can be improved and be more user friendly. I have given feedback to the support team and they are working on it. Awesome customer support from the support team - love the work from the support team. Thank you all

    How does cloud app pricing work?

    Cloud apps are sold as a monthly or annual subscription. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

    When your subscription renews each month, you are automatically billed for apps based on the number of users in your instance.

    If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

    How do I determine my cloud pricing?

    Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. Jira Cloud apps are priced based on the maximum users of the Jira products on your instance. For example, if you have Jira Software (50 users) and Jira Service Management (10 agents) on the same instance, you pay the 50-user price for apps.Note: While this app has features specific to Jira Service Management, the app is technically available across the whole Jira instance. Therefore the above guidelines for licensing across maximum users still apply.

    The pricing structure for cloud apps is as follows:

    • Monthly subscriptions with up to 10 Atlassian product users are billed at a flat rate price.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 10 users are billed per user, starting at the first user.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 100 users are billed per user. The table above provides example pricing at various user levels.

    Annual subscriptions may offer a discount depending on the number of users purchased.

    Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses for cloud apps?

    Yes. Academic, community, and open source licenses are available to qualifying organizations. See our Purchasing & Licensing FAQ for more information.

    Can I extend my free trial?

    For cloud apps, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud apps are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the app.

    1. Log into your Jira instance as an admin.
    2. Click the admin dropdown and choose Add-ons. The Find new apps or Find new add-ons screen loads.
