Time in status for Jira cloud is a fantastic feature that I could not live without. As a Scrum Master, there is a lot of value in tracking how long issues are in a specific status, making it transparent if there are any impediments or roadblocks of some sort. We use it for reporting, for burndown charts generation, and also for support tickets to make sure that customer support responds fast enough to the customers' requests. The customer support at SaaSJet is very helpful and responsive. So far I definitely recommend this add on, especially if you work in Kanban.
