Time in status for Jira cloud is a fantastic feature that I could not live without. As a Scrum Master, there is a lot of value in tracking how long issues are in a specific status, making it transparent if there are any impediments or roadblocks of some sort. We use it for reporting, for burndown charts generation, and also for support tickets to make sure that customer support responds fast enough to the customers' requests. The customer support at SaaSJet is very helpful and responsive. So far I definitely recommend this add on, especially if you work in Kanban.

Trying "Time in Status" for Jira Cloud now. It looks very good. Although in my opinion this should be functionality that should Atlassian provide to their Jira customers themselves, that does not mean, while Atlassian doesn't, other fill up this gap. And SaaSJet does a very good job here!

I am testing 'Time in Status for Jira Cloud' for my company and I have to say it looks like it is a very useful tool (having tested others this looks definitely as a keeper for us). The fact that you can generate and filter reports with JQL makes it really convenient.

Time in Status for Jira Cloud is a very useful add-on. At our company we use it to make end-of-the month reports to check how the development cycle went and to improve this. Since we started using these reports (using Time-in-status) our development cycle improved a lot. To give an example: We create subtasks if we find something wrong with a task. So to measure how much tasks had issues during testing we can create a report in Time in Status showing us how much tasks have been worked on during a specific period and how much sub-tasks have been created during that same period.

Hi everyone I have a quesition about licence. Is it possible the license of this app is per user? not by group.
