We've been using Rich Filter since before it was bought by AppFire. In January we've updated our JIRA instance to 11.3.1 and its March and they still don't have a release "because of wider version adoption". We are facing huge disruptions in reporting because of this and they are not even willing to at least provide us a beta version. I am very disappointed that we pay for a product that its not supporting their clients!

Hi Mihai,
We hear you, and we are sorry the wait stretched as long as it did. Getting Rich Filters onto Jira 11 was a longer road than anyone wanted, and we are there now: Jira 11 support, covering 11.3.x, is released, with the details in the version history.
Getting your reporting back on its feet matters to us, so if anything about the upgrade needs a hand, our team at our support portal would love to walk it through with you.
Best regards,

I'm consultant and used this app for many customers. I really love it, it is so helpful in many ways. Customers think the same way.
