Description History Tab for Jira

Works great but I would to see it that changes can viewed on other text fields like a field "Acceptance Criteria". This field often changed and people want to see what the difference is.

Please make some clear docs on how and where to enable and disable the app's functionality. It took some efforts to find out this by poking method. Is there a way to manage the app use by projects on the org/site/product admin level? Alternatively, is there a way to determine on which projects it is already enabled?

Great app for tracking the changes in the description. The ability to select different versions and compare these differences is very useful. Also great support recently when the app stopped working.
