Hi, right from the moment of instalation Aneto WBS every attempt to use the app fails. The message says "OOOPS! You don't seem to have access to this application. Please contact the person who installed it so that they can add you and you can start enjoying Aneto WBS." Pls help to manage

  Hi Karolina, Sorry about that OOOPS screen right after you installed WBS. That access error means the app is installed, but your user hasn't been granted access yet. Ask the Jira admin who installed it to open Aneto WBS and add you (or your group) on the access/settings screen. After they save, refresh — it should load. If you still see OOOPS after that, email jordan@aneto.io with your site URL and we'll walk through it. Jordan Hale Aneto

We use this app for all of our grooming sessions. We can all jump on a call and together breakdown issues and estimate, all in real time🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

This tool is an excellent enhancement to Jira. Creating and managing complex tasks with multiple ticket levels are significantly easier with WBS than with the standard Jira interface. Great job to the team behind this tool!
