Good plugin, using it extensively, but a couple of things would make it even better: * Can't use sub-script or super-script (everything else exists - bold, italics, underline etc) * No dedicated "Related to". I use "Other" as the classification, but would be good to get that. * No dedicated "Reference Page" where the term might be defined - again almost all of my terms have that added in the link manually, but sometimes I forget. If this was one of the attributes of a term that would be good too. The additions above would make this superb as a plugin.

Very intuitive to use Terminology Definition, and I like the feature-rich Pop-Ups in the content which do not influence the storage format of pages itself. PDF files from external sources seem not to work, we get a "Failed to Load PDF document" when including this file in our Terminology: https://www.w3.org/WAI/ER/tests/xhtml/testfiles/resources/pdf/dummy.pdf The Elephant in the room: What I'm missing in this addon is functionality for using this within End-User Documentation (PDF and HTML): > Support for PDF Exports - I see no way to get Terms into a printable format at the end of an exported document. Is there a way to refer or include the terminology page someplace else without manually having to export my terms and "Layout" them in myself? > How about support for Translations, maybe Versioning of Glossary entries? On both points I'd suggest getting in contact with K15t and their "Scroll" series, because their Addon is missing a good glossary solution but otherwise has everything else for Content Publishing. Having Smart Terms functionality their Live-Viewport HTML view and PDF exports would be amazing.

Good basic app for terminology management. Term highlighting is a nice feature. Easy enough to use and set up (at least for Confluence Cloud). It's a well-regarded app across our organisation and many people can't envision getting rid of it. The ability to create relationships between terms to create taxonomical structures would make this really powerful.

Installed the app based on recommendations online and the Atlassian Staff Pick. Our company operates in a complex industry, and we are growing our team. Need this capability to ensure we can onboard new staff and keep consistent understanding across our groups. Trial install had some problems (scroll bar panes, label feature), but the support team clearly worked with Creativas' engineers to get a fix prioritized. Since then, our guys have given it good feedback, and looks like we'll get great use out of the glossary. Thanks to Khawla and Firas.

Nice and handy app for glossary management. The bigger your company is, the greater use of this app is. In my opinion, access to it should be embed into newcomers onboarding process. The only downside is the not so intuitive installation, but this should not be an issue on a corporate level.
