Since the support could not help us, we found issue with SQL v 8.x MIG_MAPI_ARTIFACTS Primary Key Issue Resolved SET GLOBAL sql_generate_invisible_primary_key = OFF; We temporarily set the parameter to OFF, allowing the plugin to create its primary key.

FYI, starting with CCMA 3.12.0 the minimum Java version is 11 instead of 8.

Tool simply did not work and refused to be enabled. All documented troubleshooting tips for resolution did not apply to our situation.
