Ran into the Epic Status bug https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-67230 and because of our configuration, it was not going to be a simple task for our devops team to manually unlock the managed field via sql; this plugin let me quickly and easily unlock the field within Jira so I could fix the issue without all the complications we were facing. It met our needs perfectly and was a great solution to dealing with that bug until it's officially squashed. It will hopefully only need to be a one-time use since we don't anticipate needing to manage any other locked fields, but if we do in the future, I will definitely be relying on this app. Thank you!
