Show message as a banner
Customize the message text as html. Add your message on screen as field. Select the level (color) of the notification and the type of display.
Configure message field
Create a field and add it to the issue screens or portals. Specify text for the message and customize its appearance. Add display conditions(issue status, user group, linked issues, etc.) and JavaScript .

Implementation of Atlassian’s “End of Velocity method allowlist debug mode”
- Velocity Restrictions: Starting with Jira 10.5, methods outside Atlassian’s official allowlist are blocked, producing debug logs when an invocation is disallowed.
- Extended Allowlist Compliance: Our plugin now grants explicit permission for all documented safe methods. Most existing Velocity-based scripts should continue functioning.
- Custom API Support: We added recognition for our custom API calls, ensuring compatibility with Jira 10.5+.
- Potential Impact: Older plugin versions could face blocked methods in Velocity upon upgrading. Check logs for messages like [velocity] Invocation blocked as method is not allowlisted: <method_signature>.
- Troubleshooting: If any functionality is restricted, review your Jira logs and contact our support.
