GitHub for Atlassian

Please improve Github integration. The create branch doesn't apply the saved branch format. The list of branches is limited.

Extremely frustrated with this app. I’ve tried every possible troubleshooting step, including full reinstallation and re-linking accounts from both GitHub and Jira, but nothing works. The worst part is the lack of transparency – all status indicators show that the system is "connected" and should be functioning, yet no data is synced. There is no way to debug or see where the actual failure is happening. Looking at the sheer amount of negative reviews, it's clear this is a deep-rooted issue. Honestly, I'm surprised it works for anyone at all. It feels like a lottery rather than a professional tool. Avoid this integration until they provide real fixes and better error logging. Because this is a new project I will choose to use other application.. Goodbye atlassian I hope we will not meet again

First time integrating Jira into my projects and love that this works out of the box! Even as a new Jira user, the docs and internal Atlassian docs were super helpful. *NOTE: After creating & merging a pull request to test integration(!), the Github repo's branches, commits, and pull requests with the injected Jira keys began populating in Development Panel.
