The documentation isn't very helpful. Simply want to change the status of a Jira ticket from a commit message, but there isn't any information on the syntax for doing that. So far, can only add commit messages to jira tickets. Also the bracket integration [JRA-1234] seems to only work when you are creating github issues, which kind of defeats the purpose...would like to see the brackets available and functioning in commit messages as well. This seems a bit half-baked.

Documentation is a bit naff on the requirements. I think it should be a lot clearer that to install this app you: * Must be a GitHub Organisation Owner - Having App management permissions in GitHub is NOT enough. If you don't have enough permissions, when JIRA sends you to GitHub you see a 404 Page not found error. * Mush be an admin in JIRA Once setup it seemed to work fine. Noted that if you rerun the sync then commits in JIRA do not list the files changed, but do have the hashes. Also tested when Github had issues with hooks the other week. During that period this app didn't really work... but that's pretty obvious. Once the issue in Github was resolved this app worked fine.

It can't find our project! Utter crap. All I keep getting is a 404 error when I try to update permissions.

We have been using this for the last year without issues. Works perfectly with JIRA Cloud. We used the old DVCS plugin earlier and had no issues transitioning that I could think of. I just remember tinkering a bit ... get in contact with support if you cannot get it working.
