DON'T USE, stick to your DVCS connector! The lack of documentation makes it really hard to install and configure this app, however we got it working for a couple of days, somehow. The problem is that the app suddenly stopped working and now it's slowing down our development. Completely useless as it is now. Thanks Microsoft, well done!

We have set everything up correctly but there is no information on an issue level. The config page suggests sync has completed.

2018-10-05: Installed. Sat in Pending state for about a day with no indication of Why. Now it says Active, but some tickets have no info. Some have commits but not the PR or Branch link to GitHub. Documentation is useless from trying to figure out how it is supposed to work or why it is not working. Version: 1.0.2-AC ?? Seriously this is a Beta version at best, no way I would consider this product a stable release. It doesn't work as described. More information of the config page in JIra besides a status of Pending or Active would be hepful. DVCS at least told you what it was updating. Each Project, Number of branches, pull requests it was processing, etc. 2018-10-10: When I changed the config from ALL repos to specific ones, it started working.

It worked. # How to set up Operation with Github - Installed app - https://github.com/marketplace/jira-software-github - Select the repository that allows you to connect with JIRA. Operation with JIRA - Installed App - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1219592/github-for-jira - Open an arbitrary screen of the project (ex: backlog screen) and register repository by clicking "Add item" in the sidebar. I think that usage is the same as when using DVCS. If JIRA ticket number is included in Github Issue, PR or branch name, it will be displayed in the JIRA ticket. More things may be done but I have not tried it yet. I had difficulty in setting up. We need documentation for setup.
