More details

We have decided to retire Edit Field Automation for JSM with immediate effect. You will no longer be able to install or upgrade the app on Atlassian Marketplace. Instances that already have the app installed can continue to use it, however, the app will no longer be supported or maintained.

Alternatively, Jira Automation can be used for the same functions.

---

Edit Field Automation is an app for Jira Service Management which enables project administrators to edit and update custom fields with automation rules.

In Jira Service Management, you can create automation rules to perform actions in your service desk based on certain triggers and conditions. The 'Edit Issue' action which ships natively with Jira is limited and it's not possible to edit and update custom fields (see JSDSERVER-4258).

Our app solves this issue, by exposing all Jira fields!
