I'm doing a migrating to from jira cloud > jira server > to cloud. Will Adobe XD work on all platforms without having the users to sign-in to adobe xd? Or will they have authenticate?

The Adobe XD for Jira plugin is currently not working and issues seems to be from very long time. Getting this error "We're having trouble connecting to Adobe XD. Try contacting the developer for support." Any solution sooner will be great!
