Hi Support, Our customer have reported slowness when opening any issues. After some investigation we found that this app was the cause. When an user opens an issue, it somehow queries all the moved issue by the user in past. Each query is quick, but when it builds up like 2000, it leads to slowness. We would like to know if this is something that can be avoided our you can improve. We have opened a support ticket (DCSUPPORT-365) and provided logs there but we haven't had any reply so far. Could you please look into this issue and reply to the ticket?

Hi support, I have created a support ticket two weeks ago (DCSUPPORT-365) But I haven't got any reply yet, could you please reply to the ticket? This issue is affecting to daily work for multiple users. I am hoping to hear back from you as soon as possible.
