A big challenge in Jira after a while is to have the overview about all issues. Even with dashboards, boards and filters it is hard to find the relevant issues which need to be checked again. This App is designed to increase the visibility within Jira for relevant issues. As soon you open an Issue it will be marked as read. When the issue get updated after that it will be marked as unread again.
This App supports service desk.
