    My org ran our first PI Planning event ever, with a new set of teams who have not worked in Jira prior and were not used to planning at all. Everyone spoke very highly of the Programs tool and noted the planning would not have been possible without the tool. It was easy to set up and use mid-session. Drawing dependencies allowed the teams to visualize how the work should be scheduled and removed tension and pressure from engineering teams to meet unrealistic expectations. We are now able to point back to the PI as new work is being introduced to understand what opportunities exist to pivot our plans and accommodate the new work. Really a great tool all around!

    If you need an easy and lightweight solution for getting an overview on a number of teams working in a program, Easy Agile programs for Jira is for you. Fast setup, easy use. Digitizes a wallboard with stickies and is sychronized with the team boards.

    One of the my favorite plugin in our Jira! Creation of Programs in Jira is simple, the overview is very clear, and it's very fit the implemented SAFe in our company. What suits me most is the overview of the planned work at the team's level - everything is transparent, clear, and logical. 5 Stars for sure! Will waiting for your new updates!

    As the chief engineer of a fortune-50 company's Enterprise DevSecOps organization, I desire a tool to electronically display and adjust Increment plans across geographically disparate teams in order to facilitate team and program level planning and collaboration. Definition of Done Tool is deployed to 5,000+ users across the enterprise -User Training in place -Tool is deployed, configured and stable Realized business value: The provided EasyAgile documentation and training has greatly reduced the effort needed to roll out this tool to dozens of teams across the enterprise. The support from Teagan had been very responsive despite a 10-hour time difference, and the few issues we have had with the tool have been received well. The capability this has added for our teams performing large room planning events has greatly increased participation beyond the 2-3 team members that typically dominate the physical space around boards. In the largely virtual environment we have adopted in April of 2020, the impact has been even greater. The infrastructure needs are modest, and the performance has been adequate. Gaps: The current permission schemes do not enforce the amount of data segregation between different teams in a multi-tenant Data Center install as we would like, and the Easy Agile folks have been very pro-active in capturing our multi-tenant, large-enterprise use case, and adding it to their backlog.

    How does cloud app pricing work?

    Cloud apps are sold as a monthly or annual subscription. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

    When your subscription renews each month, you are automatically billed for apps based on the number of users in your instance.

    If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

    How do I determine my cloud pricing?

    Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. Jira Cloud apps are priced based on the maximum users of the Jira products on your instance. For example, if you have Jira Software (50 users) and Jira Service Management (10 agents) on the same instance, you pay the 50-user price for apps.

    The pricing structure for cloud apps is as follows:

    • Monthly subscriptions with up to 10 Atlassian product users are billed at a flat rate price.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 10 users are billed per user, starting at the first user.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 100 users are billed per user. The table above provides example pricing at various user levels.

    Annual subscriptions may offer a discount depending on the number of users purchased.

    Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses for cloud apps?

    Yes. Academic, community, and open source licenses are available to qualifying organizations. See our Purchasing & Licensing FAQ for more information.

    Can I extend my free trial?

    For cloud apps, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud apps are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the app.

    How does server app pricing work?

    Server products and apps are hosted on your servers. This app is sold as a perpetual license, and the purchase price includes 12 months of maintenance (support and version updates).

    You can renew maintenance after 12 months at 50% of the current purchase price. You can upgrade the tier of your Atlassian product and app licenses at any time. Upgrade prices are calculated based on Atlassian's formula (view example).

    If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

    5. Click Try free to begin a new trial or Buy now to purchase a license for Easy Agile Programs for Jira. You're prompted to log into MyAtlassian. Easy Agile Programs for Jira begins to download.
    6. Enter your information and click Generate license when redirected to MyAtlassian.
    7. Click Apply license. If you're using an older version of UPM, you can copy and paste the license into your Jira instance.
