Mattermost Connector for Jira

Hi how can I make a purchase for server type license of 10 users? Do you have some one that I can chat with? I fired two support ticket but only one poor response in two week

Fairly horrible usability including a fairly bad event integration. For example, if you chose you want to get a notifiaction for creating and issue and also updating an issue, effectively you will get 2 notifications when creating an issue: created and update ( why so ever ). The configuration is so clunky, so hard to understand and you cannot even properly adjust events after you created a notification scheme. All in all, would pick an alternative anytime.
