Installation

  1. From Productboard, admins can use the main menu to select Integrations.
  2. Under Jira, select + to add a new Jira integration.
  3. Authorize Jira (must be a Jira admin) and follow the directions on screen to finalize the integration.
  4. Configure integration settings, define rules to automatically import certain types of Jira issues into Productboard on an ongoing basis, or carry out a one-time import of Jira issues into Productboard. More info
